Returns / Replacements:

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the BiwiStore website, you have an option to raise a return/replacement request within 3 days of delivery of the product.

Procedure:

You can either request a replacement unit or return the product and get your money back. To raise return/replacement requests, kindly whatsapp on +3932…  along with a genuine reason for the return/replacement request. Please note that we may ask for photos or videos of the product to approve your request.

Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken,

Any replacement order needs between 5 to 8 working days to be delivered.

Refund is processed after Biwi has done the quality evaluation of the returned item. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via money transfer companies (Whish money).

Please note that for both returns and replacements, there will be a cancellation fee of 4$ for shipping charges will be applicable for return & fee of 4$ will be applicable for replacement.
