Eligibility Requirements for Return or Exchange:

• In the event of a defective product: Please inform our customer service team within 3 days of receipt via WhatsApp at the number 71422852.

Return Requirements:

• Products must be returned unused and packed in their original packaging for credit to be issued.
• All accessories must be included; otherwise, the exchange request will be canceled.

Return and Exchange Process:

• Exchange requests will be processed upon receipt of the initially delivered package.
• If the exchange request is initiated by the customer, an additional delivery fee of $4 applies.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed after a quality assessment of the returned product is conducted.
• Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via money transfer services (Whish money).

Delivery Timelines:

• Exchange orders are generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
